1 CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to the 1 Club! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are here to help you understand your membership with HardyFinch Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to or using the 1 Club, you’re agreeing to these Terms, so please take a moment to review them.
- What the 1 Club Is All About
The 1 Club is a part of HardyFinch Ltd and offers an exciting range of business tools, services, and opportunities to connect with like-minded professionals. As a member, you’ll enjoy benefits like:

- Free business reviews and personalized plans.
- Your very own online software hub and mobile app.

- Who Can Join?
To be a part of the 1 Club, you need to be:
- A business or business individual aged 18 or older.
- Based in the UK or in a location that we agree on.
By signing up, you’re confirming that you’re legally allowed to enter into this agreement and abide by these Terms.
A quick reminder: while using our services, you must respect the law and intellectual property rights. In other words:
- Don’t break any laws or infringe on anyone’s IP.
- Don’t try to hack, scrape, or otherwise mess with our systems or the services.
- Keep things friendly! We want everyone to have a great experience, so please avoid anything that could harm our platform or other users.
- Your Services and Account
Your membership gives you access to loads of tools and services, but we do have a Fair Usage Policy to make sure everyone benefits. Depending on your plan, you’ll have different usage levels. You’ll also be asked for some details when registering, so make sure all your info is up to date and accurate.
If you’re given an account, keep your login details safe and don’t share them. If anything seems off (like unauthorized access), let us know right away. You’re responsible for everything that happens with your account.
And lastly, you must be at least 18 years old to use the 1 Club. Younger members (aged 13 to 18) can only join if supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Sorry, kids under 13 will have to wait a little longer!
- Your Dashboard and Tools
Your membership includes access to your very own software hub and mobile app, where you can:
- Use over 500 SaaS tools for various business needs.
- Tap into bespoke software and intellectual property.
- Use premium AI tools that have already been pre-paid.
Make sure you use these tools responsibly and in line with the licenses provided.
- Your Free Hours and Discounts
Depending on your plan, you get free expert hours (12 to 60) and free data scrapes (1,200 to 10,000). These can be used for onboarding, training, support, or anything else to help you set up and run your tools. If you use up your free hours, don’t worry—you can always purchase more.
You’ll also enjoy up to 50% off additional services if you need them. Nice, right?
- Fair Usage Policy
We operate on a fair usage basis to ensure all members can enjoy our services. If your usage exceeds reasonable levels, we’ll let you know. If necessary, we might need to apply additional charges for excessive use.
- Exclusive Offers Just for You
As a 1 Club member, you’ll have access to special deals, discounts, and offers that aren’t available to everyone else. These offers can change from time to time and are subject to availability.
- Training and Support
We’re here to help you succeed! Depending on your plan, you’ll have access to training and support through email, chat, or phone. Whatever you need, we’ve got you covered.
- Fees and Payments
Membership fees are outlined on our website and depend on the plan you choose. Payments are due either monthly or annually in advance, and we’ll let you know if any fees change.
- Cancellation and Termination
We hope you’ll stay, but if you need to cancel, you can do so anytime by sending us an email or through your account dashboard. You’ll still have access to your services until the end of your billing period, but we don’t offer refunds for any unused time.
We also reserve the right to cancel your membership if you break these Terms or engage in unlawful activities.
- Intellectual Property
All content, software, and intellectual property provided through your 1 Club membership (including bespoke software) remains the property of HardyFinch Ltd or our partners. You have the right to use these for your business, but copying, distributing, or modifying them without permission is a no-no.
- Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide the best service possible, but sometimes things go wrong. HardyFinch Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your membership or the use of 1 Club services. Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount of the membership fee you’ve paid over the past 12 months.
- Disputes and Legal Stuff
If there’s a problem, we hope we can sort things out, but if not, any disputes will be handled under the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- Changes to These Terms
We may need to update these Terms from time to time. We’ll always let you know via email or through our website. By continuing to use the services after any updates, you agree to the revised Terms.
